Products and pricing

We work hard to display products, colors, and specifications accurately, but we may update details and prices at any time before you order. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

Displayed prices are in US dollars. Depending on your payment method, your card may be charged in another currency by our payment processor at the prevailing exchange rate; any such conversion is shown before you confirm payment.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor, Cashfree Payments. If payment fails or is later reversed, the order is cancelled and nothing is shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — with a full refund of any amount captured.

Shipping

Orders ship free to all 50 US states with an estimated 2-business-day air delivery from dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order within 30 days from the date of ordering by contacting us with your order number. Returned products must be unused and free of mechanical damage — returns cannot be processed for products that have been used or mechanically damaged.

Refunds are initiated within 7 working days after our delivery partner picks up the product from you. Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation page.

1-year limited warranty

wigBerg One handles are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the delivery date. During this period we will repair or replace a defective handle at no charge.

The warranty does not cover normal wear of brush heads and bristles, damage from misuse, drops, unauthorized disassembly, or use outside the product instructions.

Acceptable use and liability

The website and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wigBerg's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, photography, and the wigBerg name and logo — is owned by or licensed to wigBerg and may not be reused without written permission.

Governing law and contact
