What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the product options you choose (color, quantity, add-ons). We use this information to process your payment, ship your order, and send you order updates.

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Cashfree Payments, on their secure pages. wigBerg never sees, stores, or handles your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials.

How we use your information

We use order information to fulfill and deliver your purchase, send transactional messages such as order confirmations, provide warranty support, and respond to your questions — including conversations you start with us on WhatsApp.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run the store: Cashfree Payments (to process your payment), our shipping and fulfillment partners (to deliver your order), and our email delivery provider (to send your order confirmation). Each provider is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your state — including under California's CCPA/CPRA — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Data retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed to provide warranty service and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and strict access controls.

Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
